GLS courier service:

For orders placed at GLS Parcel Points, cash and credit card payments are accepted at certain locations (it is advisable to check with the relevant Parcel Point in advance). Amennyiben a kiszállítást GLS csomagautomatába vagy GLS CsomagPontra kéri, így a szállítási cím rovatban a csomagautomata címét kell megadni.

• When the parcel is dispatched, the GLS Courier Service system will notify the recipient by email that their parcel will be delivered on the next working day. The email will contain the parcel number and any cash on delivery charges. On the morning of the delivery date, the recipient will receive a notification containing the courier's phone number, the GLS Customer Service phone number, and a 3-hour time window for the expected delivery. If the delivery attempt fails, an email notification will be sent to the recipients.

These prices apply only to shipping within Hungary. If you would like to have your package shipped abroad, please inquire about shipping costs by email before or immediately after placing your order.

In our store, you can also request delivery of your order to a Foxpost parcel locker.

Cash on delivery

If you choose to pay cash on delivery, payment for the goods will be made upon receipt of the goods at the place of delivery (courier or post office/parcel point). There is a handling fee for this payment method, for which we charge an additional 350 or 400 forints per parcel on top of the basic shipping fee. If paying in cash, please have the exact amount ready, as the courier may not always have sufficient change.

Bank advance transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you an invoice notification (Invoice) by email after checking our stock, which will contain the details required for the transfer and the final exact amount. Please transfer the purchase price to our bank account within 72 hours of the invoice being sent, otherwise we will have to consider your order void. Please note that you should not initiate the bank transfer until the Invoice has arrived in your mailbox! The details required for the transfer are included in the invoice issued.

If you notice any irregularities with your order, please contact us at [email protected] . When placing your order, please check that you have entered your correct name, address, email address, and phone number. The delivery person may not be familiar with local conditions, so if necessary, please provide additional information to help ensure successful delivery. If delivery fails due to your fault, we can only hand the package over to the delivery company again after you have paid the delivery fee again. It is important that if the package is visibly damaged or opened, you do not accept it and notify us of what has happened as soon as possible.
